14-Year-Old Shoots at Presidential Candidate in Colombia

A 15-year-old boy has shot at a presidential candidate in Colombia. The assassination attempt occurred in Bogotá during a campaign rally while Miguel Uribe was addressing supporters. The teenager fired six shots at the 39-year-old candidate's back. One of the bullets struck the senator in the head, and two others were injured.

Uribe's bodyguards returned fire at the assailant and managed to apprehend him.
