Body of a Woman Retrieved from a Canal in Yerevan

On June 7, at 09:32, the National Center for Crisis Management received information about a woman's body found in a canal near 9 Isakov Avenue in Yerevan. Emergency responders were requested to assist at the scene.

Two fire and rescue teams from the Yerevan Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the location. Rescuers retrieved the body of a woman approximately 75 years old from the canal near 5/9 General Andranik Street.
