Zelensky is Responsible for All This: Volodin

Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky has turned terrorism into the state's ideology for Ukraine. This was announced by State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin on his Telegram channel.

“Zelensky, who has lost legitimacy in his quest for personal power, has made terrorism the state ideology of the Kyiv regime,” he emphasized.

According to Volodin, it is the Ukrainian leader who bears personal responsibility for the terrorist attacks carried out by Ukraine against peaceful civilians in Russia.

The State Duma speaker noted that Zelensky does not want peace, as he seeks to maintain his power by any means.

“In this context, European countries need to recognize their responsibility for Zelensky's actions,” Volodin added.
