Major Accident: Casualties Reported

On May 29, at 08:05 AM, the Crisis Management Center of the Aragatsotn Regional Rescue Department received a call reporting a traffic accident on the Aparan-Kuchak highway, accompanied by a fire outbreak. There are confirmed injuries. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A firefighting team from the regional rescue department dispatched to the scene.

It was revealed that a collision occurred between an 'Opel' vehicle and a 'Volkswagen' microbus, resulting in a fire breaking out in the 'Opel'. The fire was contained by 08:34 AM and extinguished by 08:47 AM, completely destroying the 'Opel' vehicle.

According to preliminary data, 12 individuals have been transferred to a medical center, and there is 1 confirmed fatality in the 'Opel' vehicle.
