Ankara, Baku, and Islamabad to Enhance Military Cooperation

Ankara, Baku, and Islamabad are planning to deepen their military cooperation, announced Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan yesterday.

“The trilateral summits of the leaders of Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Pakistan, as well as the meetings at the ministerial level, will be held regularly, forming the structural basis of our cooperation. We also plan to enhance military cooperation, which will emphasize our joint determination to combat terrorism and other threats,” stated the Turkish leader during a trilateral summit held in Lachin with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
