They Must Contain Their Extremists: Tomorrow They Will Receive a Protest Note, Zakharova

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated in an interview with RIA Novosti that Stockholm will receive a protest note on Monday in connection with the attack on the Russian Embassy in Sweden.

“Tomorrow Stockholm will receive a protest note,” said Zakharova. The assault on the embassy involved a drone attack, and the diplomatic mission reported on Sunday that the appeal directed to the Swedish authorities to prevent attacks on the embassy has not yielded results.

“Sweden must contain its extremists, bring the situation under control, and clearly fulfill the obligations assumed under the Vienna Convention,” she added.
