Putin's Message to Aliyev

“I am confident that together we will be able to further strengthen Russian-Azerbaijani cooperation.” This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin in a congratulatory message to Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan's national holiday, Independence Day, as reported by TASS.

“I am confident that together we will be able to further strengthen Russian-Azerbaijani cooperation and partnership on international issues; this fully corresponds to the interests of our peoples and continues the path of strengthening security and stability in the South Caucasus,” Putin declared.
