Moscow Faces UAV Attack Again

Moscow continues to be under attack. Mayor Sergey Sobyanin announced that during the assault, four more unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were shot down near the city within an hour. In total, 12 UAVs were destroyed while approaching the city. Emergency services are working at the site of the debris.

Earlier, eight UAVs were intercepted near the Migalovo Airport in the Tver region. Governor Igor Rudenya stated that there were no casualties or damage reported.

On the night of May 25th, Rosaviatsiya announced restrictions on the arrival and departure of aircraft at Moscow's Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, and Zhukovsky airports. The Kaluga airport has also suspended operations.

On the evening of May 24th, according to the Ministry of Defense, 95 UAVs were shot down over Russian territory. An air danger regime is in effect in the Ivanovo, Tula, Lipetsk, and Tambov regions, as well as in the near-Moscow Zhukovsky.
