No One is Interested in Delaying the Process, Peskov
Work on the memorandum regarding a future peace treaty with Ukraine is progressing dynamically, and no one is interested in delaying the process. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, in response to a question from TASS.
“No one is interested in delaying the process; everyone is working dynamically, and we will keep you informed,” said the Kremlin representative. However, he noted that much of this work “for understandable reasons should not be made public.”
As stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin following a phone conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump on May 19, Moscow is ready to work with Kyiv on a future peace treaty memorandum, which may also include principles for a ceasefire and conflict resolution.
