Diana Gasparyan Officially Submits Resignation to the Council

The fourth regular session of the seventh convocation of the Vagarshapat community council has taken place. At the end of the reports on agenda items, community leader Diana Gasparyan announced her resignation and the termination of her council member powers. According to the law on local self-government, after submitting the resignation, a protocol is drawn up to terminate the powers of the council member prematurely, which is then sent to the electoral commission within seven working days. After receiving the council member's resignation, the electoral commission draws up a protocol to terminate the council member's powers within seven working days, after which the member's powers are considered terminated.
