Ministry of Internal Affairs Addresses Child Abduction Reports

Currently, there are no cases of child abduction in Armenia. This was stated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in an interview with 1Lurer.am, addressing the rumors circulating about such incidents.

“The police follows up on any reports of child abduction and verifies every piece of information. At this moment, there are no cases of child abduction in Armenia,” stated Narik Sargsyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The MIA urges the public not to spread unnecessary panic and to refrain from disseminating unverified information.
