Kostanyan Comments on Protest at Arin Berd Street

The intersection of Arin Berd Street and Artsakh Boulevard in Yerevan's Erebuni administrative district, along with the section of road connecting to Arin Berd 5th Lane, has had its renovation project documentation announced for competition by the Yerevan municipality, with submissions due by April 30, 2025. This was reported by Yerevan Mayor Hayk Kostanyan on his Facebook page.

“However, no bids have been submitted for the competition. After a winner is announced for the new competition, a construction tender will be declared, and then the renovation work will commence,” stated the spokesperson.

It is worth reminding that residents of Arin Berd Street, along with local businesses, had blocked the road to protest the prolonged lack of improvements to the street.
