Armenia Has Accepted Our Proposed Text: Aliyev

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, discussed the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace process during a press conference with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. Azerbaijani media report that Aliyev stated, “We were the initiators of the peace negotiations after the Second Karabakh War; we were the authors of the draft peace agreement, and this text has today been accepted by Armenia. Of course, with certain modifications. But fundamentally, the issues we proposed have now been accepted by Armenia.”
