The Choice Will Be About This: Rubinyan

Regarding the 2026 parliamentary elections, the choice will be about the following: whether to vote for those who are fighting to protect their illegal property, who are also advocates of sacrificing Armenia's independence, who oppose peace, delimitation, and the opening of borders, while at the same time defending the theft of hundreds of millions of dollars, or to choose the current government, which promotes the ideology of a "Real Armenia" that has ensured significant economic growth in recent years, where wages have increased and kindergartens have been built.

"How many kindergartens have been built in Yerevan during their time? How many buses have been put into circulation?" said Ruben Rubinyan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, in an interview with Public Television.

"The choice will be about having an independent Armenia or not. Some citizens may ask, ‘Why do you say the choice is between these two, is there no third force?’ Let it be, I’m sorry for you. But experience shows that this third force has not appeared. I wish that this third force would appear. I wish that one day we would lose the elections to normal, democratic, non-thieving forces in the country. But in 2026, I believe the configuration is already clear and the elections will take place within the framework of these political discourses, and we hope to win with the support of the people," he noted.
