Armenia's Response to the US Proposed New Peace Format

Armenia is considering the new peace formats proposed by the United States. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ani Badalyan, in an interview with Sputnik Armenia.

Recently, US President Donald Trump's special envoy, Steve Biegun, spoke about the possibility of a peace agreement that could be offered to Armenia and Azerbaijan.

According to the spokesperson, discussions could take place regarding this American initiative. "Various topics are being discussed within the framework of dialogue with the American side. The established strategic partnership and initiatives to promote peace in the region can, of course, create new opportunities," Badalyan said.
