Newly Elected Pope Celebrates First Mass

Pope Leo XIV officiated his first mass as pontiff in the Sistine Chapel. The new Pope's real name is Robert Francis Prevost, he is 69 years old and was born in Chicago. He has a mathematical education and graduated from the seminary of the Order of Saint Augustine. He was ordained a priest in 1982, shortly after joining the Augustinian mission in Peru.
