Car of City Council Member's Wife Set on Fire: Details

During the night, the car of Gevorg Stepanyan, a member of Yerevan's City Council from the 'Mother Armenia' faction, was set on fire. This was reported by the faction leader, Manuk Sukiasyan.

According to Sukiasyan, the incident occurred around 4:30 AM on Mkrtich Sedrakyan Street in Yerevan. Gevorg Stepanyan and his family were awakened by the sound of the explosion.

It has been stated that the car's windows were broken and the interior was burned.

Sukiasyan noted that this was done intentionally. It is also reported that there are no victims from the incident.
