Activist Arthur Chakhoyan Detained

Activist Arthur Chakhoyan was detained by the police after being assaulted at the Nor Nork community hall. Earlier, it was reported that a brawl occurred at the Nor Nork community hall. Arthur Chakhoyan wanted to meet with the community head regarding the contentious construction of a kindergarten and playground. Community staff prohibited the meeting, leading to the altercation.
