Details Provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs Regarding the Brawl at the Nor Nork Community Office

The police have arrested 6 individuals in connection with an incident that occurred at the Nor Nork community office in Yerevan. This was confirmed by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia during a conversation with Auroranews.

“Police have arrested 6 individuals. Currently, necessary actions are being carried out at the police station to present the prepared documentation to the investigative body,” the police stated.

It should be noted that earlier in the day, activist Arthur Chakhoyan went to the Nor Nork administrative district's community office to demand answers from head Tigran Ter-Margaryan regarding derogatory remarks made about him. A brawl ensued among community office employees, the community head, and Chakhoyan. The activist sustained an eye injury with bleeding and also suffered a leg injury. Chakhoyan was transferred to St. Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center.
