Russian Air Defense Systems Destroy Ukrainian UAVs Overnight: Russian Defense Ministry

Russian air defense systems have destroyed 79 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Ukrainian armed forces overnight, with 59 of them downed in the airspace over Crimea. This information was provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense, as reported by RIA Novosti.

Additionally, 11 UAVs were shot down over the Black Sea, 4 in the Belgorod region, 2 each in the Kursk and Nizhny Novgorod regions, and 1 in the Ivanovo region.

It is noteworthy that the UAVs were intercepted between 20:10 on April 24 and 06:00 on April 25 Moscow time. Furthermore, from 5:45 to 6:10 AM Moscow time today, the Nizhny Novgorod airport was closed.
