Putin Explains Why Civilian Objects Are Targeted

Russian forces are striking civilian objects if they are used by the Ukrainian armed forces. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin, as reported by TASS.

“Well, for example, everyone is well aware of our armed forces' attack on the Congress Center, on the Sumy University. Is this a civilian object or not? But in the Kursk region, there was a reward ceremony for the perpetrators, both for Ukrainian armed forces divisions and nationalists,” said the head of state.

According to the Russian leader, the strike on the object was an act of 'revenge'.
