Man Set High-Rise Residential Building on Fire, Casualties and Injuries in Seoul

A man armed with an incendiary device has set a high-rise residential building on fire in Seoul. The unidentified individual infiltrated the building and ignited a fire on the fourth floor using a flammable chemical agent that he transformed into an incendiary device.

One person has died after attempting to escape the flames by jumping out of a window. Additionally, 11 other residents sustained injuries in the incident. The arsonist also perished; his body was discovered on the fourth floor.
