Samvel Shahramanyan Meets with Protesters: Details

The President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, stepped outside the Artsakh representation to address the protesters, stating that he also supports the return of what has been stolen from the people.

“I have been invited for questioning, and I was in the status of a witness. At that time, the electronic carriers of the Investment Fund were confiscated. They know what happened in that fund in Artsakh up to 1000 drams. Recently, we urged law enforcement agencies to intensify operations in this regard,” he stated.

Regarding the demand to join the protesters, Shahramanyan emphasized that there is no need for him to join, as this is a civic demonstration. He assured that he welcomes public pressure on the law enforcement system to resolve the issue.

It should be noted that Artsakh citizens are staging a protest in front of the Artsakh representation in Yerevan, demanding from President Samvel Shahramanyan the return of what they describe as 467 million dollars stolen by 48 families in Artsakh.
