Our Proposal Has Been Presented to Azerbaijan: Pashinyan

We have presented our proposal regarding the continuation of border demarcation to Azerbaijan in writing and are awaiting their response. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a briefing with journalists.

In response to a comment that a deadlock situation exists since Azerbaijan has not responded to either border demarcation or unblocking proposals, Pashinyan expressed that he does not share that view. “We will systematically continue with the border demarcation. The proposals pertain to what logic we will use and which areas we will continue with. As you know, there is a general agreement from north to south. The current issue is which part of that north-south segment we will implement. We have presented our views and are awaiting Azerbaijan's response. We hope they will respond,” Pashinyan noted.
