Iran Will Not Agree Under Any Circumstances: Araqchi

Tehran will not agree to limit its nuclear program but is ready to allow the IAEA access to nuclear facilities. This was announced by Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi during indirect negotiations with U.S. Special Envoy Stephen L. Witkoff in Oman on April 12.

The information was reported by the Tehran Times, based on information available to it. According to the publication, the parties exchanged about 10 written messages during the negotiations, with the first coming from the Iranian side. Araqchi highlighted that Iran will not agree to the complete cessation of its nuclear program under any circumstances, but clarified that the IAEA will be the only organization granted access to Tehran’s nuclear facilities.

It should be noted that on April 12, negotiations took place in Oman between representatives of Tehran and Washington regarding the resolution of the situation surrounding Iran's nuclear program.
