Arsen Torosyan, a member of the National Assembly of Armenia from the 'Civil Contract' faction, has commented on Serzh Sargsyan's statement. “This morning, while heading to the National Assembly, I watched Serzh Sargsyan's speech in its entirety. Although many of the theses presented in that speech cannot withstand even the softest criticism, and we will have the opportunity to address each of them in detail, one thing must be stated candidly. Serzh Sargsyan is unparalleled at attributing his own faults and behavior to others, not only to us. In his own words, he is a true champion in that art,” wrote Torosyan on Facebook.
