Under What Conditions Will Artsakh Residents Receive Financial Support
Since October 2023, over 115 billion drams have been allocated from the state budget to support displaced persons from Artsakh through various programs. This statement was made by Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachaturyan during a broadcast on Public Television.
Tigran Khachaturyan stated that the government is making the 40+10 program more targeted, and it is possible that support will continue until the end of the year for vulnerable individuals.
“For example, we provide 40,000 drams to children, persons with disabilities in the first and second groups, and pensioners. If an individual's monthly income is less than 55,000 drams, we will provide support of 40,000 drams if the family consists of one person and 10,000 drams for each subsequent member,” the deputy prime minister noted.
