Russia Open to Cooperation with Armenia
Russia is open to cooperation with Armenia and is ready for anything that the Armenian side is prepared for, said Mikhail Shvydkoy, the Russian President's Special Representative for International Cultural Cooperation, to journalists in Yerevan, according to RIA Novosti.
“Tomorrow and the day after, I will meet with the heads of various departments—the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, the government. We are ready for anything that the Armenian side is ready for. This is, perhaps, our response: Whatever the Armenian country is prepared for, we are ready for that,” Shvydkoy noted.
He pointed out that this specifically involves a willingness to develop relations in areas such as cinema, theater, performing arts, and artistic education. “This is not just about culture; we are open to cooperation,” Shvydkoy added.
