Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov has reported to President Vladimir Putin that Ukraine is not maintaining the moratorium on strikes against energy facilities. "The energy facilities of the Russian Federation have been under attack during this entire period, perhaps with a pause of one or two days," said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

He emphasized that Russia is maintaining the moratorium. "Moscow has provided the list of energy facilities subjected to attack to U.S. presidential advisor Mike Walz. It will be forwarded to Russian diplomats at the UN and OSCE, so they can present specific facts to demonstrate what the current words of the Ukrainian government are worth, if it can even be called a government," he added.
