New Sanctions Against Russia Not Ruled Out: Kallas

I approach the proposal by Spanish authorities to create a European Army with skepticism. This was stated by the EU's chief representative for foreign affairs and security policy, Kaja Kallas, according to TASS.
“It is not possible to create one army that is part of NATO and another in Europe; that would be dangerous later on because, in a military crisis, what matters most is who is giving orders,” she said.
Speaking about the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Kallas noted that any peace process would also impact Europe’s security. “I do not rule out the possibility of imposing new sanctions against Russia to exert pressure,” Kallas announced.
