Hearing of Ruben Vardanyan's Fabricated Trial Held in Baku

Today, a hearing in the fabricated trial of former Artsakh Prime Minister Ruben Vardanyan took place in Baku.

According to Azerbaijani media reports, Vardanyan was interrogated. However, it is not reported whether he answered any questions or not.

Publications state that Vardanyan was provided with a translator and a lawyer of his choice.

More than 20 "victims" were interrogated, claiming to recognize Ruben Vardanyan from media and social networks but indicating they do not know him personally.

The next court hearing is scheduled for April 8.
