New Criminal Prosecution Against General-Major Movses Hakobyan

A new criminal prosecution has been initiated against General-Major Movses Hakobyan. According to the charges, as a result of Hakobyan's official negligence, faulty military equipment was supplied from Russia to Armenia nine years ago. This was reported by 1lurer.am.
