Details from the Criminal Case of Hovik Aghazaryan

The senior inspector of the Road Police Service of the Armenian Police in the Armavir region, Slavik Karapetyan, introduced his father-in-law, Ashotik Kamavosyan, to his friend, Slavik Poghosyan. The introduction was made with the assistance of a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia from the eighth convocation, who holds a position of authority in the legislative power, to organize the export of 150,000 to 200,000 agricultural animals to the United Arab Emirates without the necessary documentation and without quarantining the animals in exchange for money.
