I Wouldn't Want to Take That Step Against Russia: Trump
Trump has stated that he is very angry and has promised to impose secondary tariffs on oil exported from Russia. This was reported by NBC News.
“If we cannot reach an agreement with Russia regarding Ukraine to stop the bloodshed, as well as begin to think that Russia is to blame for all of this, and that may not necessarily be the case if Russia takes the necessary steps. I would also like to mention that if we start to think that all of this is Russia's fault, we will impose secondary tariffs on oil coming from Russia,” Trump said.
It should be noted that if tariffs are imposed on oil exported from Russia, the possible duty rate would be 25%.
“I wouldn't want to take that step against Russia,” the U.S. president stated.
