They Are an Unelected Trio, I Advise Them to Accept Pashinyan's Debate Proposal: Simonian
The three former presidents of Armenia are an unelected trio. This was stated by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, during a conversation with journalists.
He advised the three presidents to accept Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's proposal for a debate.
'They are political deadweights. Neither Robert Kocharyan nor Serzh Sargsyan has ever been elected as president of the Republic. Levon Ter-Petrosyan was only not elected in 1996. They are the unelected trio,' Simonian stated.
