Removal of Sanctions Will Lead to a 'Diplomatic Catastrophe': Zelensky

The removal of sanctions against Russia will result in a 'diplomatic catastrophe.' This was stated by Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky after the 'Volunteers Coalition' summit held in Paris, as reported by Strana.ua.

'Sanctions are one of the few real tools that the world has to force Russia into serious negotiations. What else is there besides sanctions?' the Ukrainian President said.

Zelensky added that if sanctions are relaxed and Russia breaches the agreement, the process of reinstating the restrictions would be incredibly slow and difficult.
