French-British Troops to Deploy to Ukraine, Macron Says

Forces from several countries will operate in Ukraine. Russia will not determine this. This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron.

“They will include naval, aerial, and ground units and will be part of a broader package of security measures. The French-British contingent will depart for Ukraine to develop a framework for the future training of the Ukrainian army,” Macron said.

Additionally, the French president announced that everyone unanimously agreed that now is not the time to lift sanctions against Russia.
