The Accuser is Not Us, But Azerbaijan: Suren Papikyan

The accuser is not us, but Azerbaijan, and we have repeatedly stated that they should provide us with videos; we are ready to investigate. This was stated by the Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan during a press briefing.

"We have asked the accusing party to provide evidence, specifically for videos, but until now, there is nothing. We are ready to examine and investigate if, of course, there are facts. At this point, I cannot assess why Azerbaijan is disseminating disinformation. I can only evaluate based on the facts we have, reiterating that if there is evidence, we are prepared to study and investigate," said the minister.

The minister also responded to the question of whether there is a movement of troops by Azerbaijan: "At this moment, there is no movement of troops by Azerbaijan," he said.
