The draft peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan has been agreed upon and awaits signing. I am ready to put my signature on that document. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Telegram.

It is noteworthy that, according to a statement from the Azerbaijani side, Bayramov has once again emphasized that changes to the Armenian Constitution are necessary for the signing of the peace agreement.
