The death toll from the rampaging storms in the U.S. has reached 36. This was reported by U.S. President Donald Trump.
"We are closely monitoring the strong tornadoes and storms that have hit many states in the South and the Midwest. An additional 36 people have lost their lives," he wrote.
According to local media reports, victims of the natural disaster include residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas.
