Azerbaijani SOCAR Oil Company Signs Memorandum with Israel's Union Energy

During a working visit to Israel, a memorandum of understanding between SOCAR and Israeli Union Energy was signed regarding joint geological exploration activities in the exclusive economic zone of Israel. Azerbaijani media reports this development.

“The implementation of this agreement will contribute to the expansion of the network of international cooperation between the parties and ensure access to new energy resources,” stated Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov.
