Iran Promises Tough and Crushing Response: Hossein Salami

Iran promises a tough and crushing response to any threats, declared Hossein Salami, the supreme commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, following allegations from the G7 countries against Tehran.

During a meeting in Quebec, the G7 countries demanded that Tehran abandon its nuclear weapons development. Salami emphasized that Iran will resolutely confront any aggression. He also stated that the response to threats will be “the hardest.”

“We will respond sharply, crushingly, and devastatingly,” he was quoted by RIA Novosti, referencing IRNA.

As reported by the Vzglyad newspaper, Iran has announced its readiness to discuss issues related to the potential militarization of its nuclear program with the international community.
