Ukrainians Will Be Forced to Make Painful Concessions: Sky News

The US does not allow for Ukraine's return to its 2014 or even 2022 borders. Donald Trump's team has also noted that they want to see what concessions Ukraine is willing to make for peace during the negotiations, reports Sky News.

"It seems that Ukrainians will have to make painful concessions, but there is hope that when these negotiations are over, we will see and understand how the ceasefire will take shape," the publication stated.

Andrey Yermak, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, has refused to disclose what concessions Ukraine is prepared to make to reach a peace agreement. "All of this is very important, but we believe it is essential to discuss the most important issue: how to start this process," he said.
