Second Phase of US-Ukraine Negotiations Begins

The United States is making progress in ongoing negotiations with Ukrainian representatives taking place in Saudi Arabia. This was stated by Mike Waltz, the national security advisor to President Donald Trump, in a comment to CNN.

Earlier, Al Arabiya reported that the first phase of talks between the US and Ukrainian delegations has concluded in Jeddah. Following a short break, the second phase of discussions has commenced.

On the previous day, Reuters, citing American officials, reported that during the meeting Washington aims to clarify whether Kyiv is willing to make concessions in favor of Moscow.
