Important Issues Discussed, Particularly Negotiations with Armenia: Erdogan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced that during talks with President Ilham Aliyev, among other issues, he discussed the matter of peaceful negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

As reported by AZERTAC, during a press briefing dedicated to the results of the cabinet meeting, the Turkish leader commented on the outcomes of the Azerbaijani leader's visit to Ankara.

"During President Ilham Aliyev's visit on March 5, we participated in the inauguration of the Igdir-Nakhchivan gas pipeline, which will fully ensure gas autonomy for at least 30 years," he said.

According to him, the opportunity was also created to discuss very important topics with his brother, Ilham Aliyev, particularly the issue of peaceful negotiations with Armenia.
