Artak Beglaryan Comments on Ruben Vardanyan's Message
Artak Beglaryan has commented on the message of Ruben Vardanyan, the former Prime Minister of Artsakh, stating: "Some interpret this as Ruben Vardanyan's farewell speech, while I believe he is preparing to live on, continuing the fight for his values."
Beglaryan also quoted a specific passage from Vardanyan's address: "And lastly. I realized here that one should never succumb to despair or indifference, and I understood why it is the gravest of the seven sins. At one time, I thought envy or arrogance was worse. However, despair means that the spark of God has extinguished within you, that you have ceased to believe and have simply raised your hands in surrender. I call on you to never do this. I wish we would never be disappointed and never succumb to despair. Please. This is the foundation of our future, which is why I value the opportunity given to me."
