China's Firm Stance on US-Russia Negotiations

The Special Envoy of China for European Affairs, Lu Shaiyen, expressed his astonishment regarding Donald Trump's behavior towards US allies in Europe, emphasizing that a peace agreement concerning Ukraine cannot be accepted solely by Washington and Moscow.

According to him, China opposes US-Russia negotiations without the participation of Ukraine and the EU. "A peace agreement for Ukraine cannot be established solely between the US and Russia," he stated.
