Peskov Comments on Trump-Zelensky Dispute

The press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, has commented on the dispute between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky that occurred in the Oval Office. He believes that Zelensky demonstrated a complete lack of diplomatic skills.

“It was, so to speak, quite an unprecedented event. Of course, Zelensky, in many ways, showed at least a complete absence of diplomatic abilities. Not to mention anything further,” Peskov told reporters.

He noted that President Putin is aware of the essence and nuances of the meeting between Trump and Zelensky and has taken that into account.
