The Colors of the Armenian Flag Should Be Digitized: Sisak Gabrielyan
During a meeting of the NA State and Legal Affairs Committee, MP Sisak Gabrielyan discussed the proposed amendments to the law on the national anthem of Armenia, and also touched upon the need to standardize the colors of the flag to prevent discrepancies between different representations.
“In this hall, I noticed that the color of the flag on the coat of arms is different from that of the hanging flag. It is obvious that in one place it is apricot and in another it is orange. In the modern world, all colors are already digitized; it is necessary to establish precise standards to ensure consistency in color representation,” he stated.
The MP added that every color is digitized at a micro level and has its own series: “When we talk about our state or symbols, I, you, our society are involved, but without delving deeply into the essence, any change is perceived negatively by the public. Even when stating absolute truths, a commotion arises due to a lack of comprehensive examination of the facts and phenomena.”
