Who Can Obtain Subsidized Packages for Transportation

Citizens who have the right to acquire subsidized packages and to use public transportation for free can apply at the administrative district offices (community halls), 'Telsel' offices, or visit the transport.yerevan.am website. This information has been provided by the Yerevan Municipality.

It is reminded that citizens who purchased 30-day, 90-day, or 365-day tickets (excluding those holding rights for free travel) until February 28 of this year will receive an additional 30 days of usage.

Free usage of Yerevan's public transportation is available to the following citizens: family members of individuals who lost their lives during combat operations in Artsakh or the Republic of Armenia, individuals recognized as missing or deceased while performing their service duties; children under the age of 8; orphaned schoolchildren and students; individuals living in nursing homes and orphanages under full state care; individuals with profound and severe functional limitations; parents with four or more minor children; and several other groups.

When using Yerevan's public transportation, the following citizens can benefit from established privileges:

• Students – 15% discount
• Retirees aged 63 and over – 30% discount
• Social security beneficiaries – 20% discount
• Schoolchildren – 20% discount
